No. I feel like animals at the top of the food chain are not game. To me, game is something that is constantly being hunted by other animals. It’s in their psyche to be wary and extremely cautious. Predators are wary and cautious in order to kill, not avoid being killed. Two different things. I like hunting the hunted.

I am really in the minority here but I wouldn’t. No desire to shoot large cats elephants zebras and a lot of other animals. Don’t judge others at all. Totally respect what other people want to shoot. Just have no desire myself, especially in extremely low population areas like most of Texas.

No. If an animal is feral and/or non-native then yes, I'd shoot it. Otherwise I'd only shoot if I am in need of the meat. I know that makes me a minority but that is a graceful, native animal and I'll let it be. If it decides that I am on the menu, well... that's different.

I got stalked by a big cat when I was bow hunting elk way up in Colorado.

I "felt" him long before I ever put eyes on him, and it only happened because I doubled back and caught him eyeballing me.
