              Little late on posting.....

Last weekend we were at the lease (south of Mason). Got an inch and 7/10 of rain overnight on Friday night. Definitely was getting dry out our way so it was much needed. Looking like there's more rain in the 10 day forecast!!!

We killed 4 pigs and a rattlesnake over the weekend. The deer were hitting the feeder pretty good. Saw lots of young bucks but it's still to early to tell how they will turn out as far as antlers go. I'll post up some pictures in a little bit.

Few pictures from last weekend. Didn't get any turkey but it was a fun trip. For whatever reason I didn't get pictures of the other two pigs.

According to the radar and the closest online LCRA rainfall reporting station we picked up some rain at my deer lease this afternoon. Showed a little more than 1.5 inches on the LCRA website. I hope that's true.

Two great rains the past week at our place in Mountain Home! Was down two weeks ago and everything still green then but ground was getting dry; needed it! Whitetail everywhere and hitting protein feeders pretty hard; but axis were not going to feeders at all. Killed another hog; tired of shooting hogs!

Anyone in MH area seeing fawns yet?

Yes sir!! A nice little rain! My neighbor has an LCRA gauge and it showed 0.4” for us, I’ll definitely take it! Not counting this rain, we have poured our 18.15” for the year! Last year we had a total of 19.1” for the entire year. We have been extremely blessed to say the least!
