A guy I work with his wife is a RN. She recommends taking
Vitamin D 2000 mg a day
Vitamin C 1000 mg a day
Zink 300 mg for the 1st 3 days then go down to 50 mg a day
Pepcid 20 mg twice a day. Its for the stomach but protects the lungs. Best of luck and prayers up.
