      Well... that oughta do it.

At least if a Conservative said any thing of the sorts, He'd be finished.

During a town hall event on Wednesday night, Rep. Beto O’Rourke (D-TX) told a black American that illegal aliens are today's cotton pickers.

During a town hall event on Wednesday night, Rep. Beto O’Rourke (D-TX) — running against Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) for the Senate seat — told a black American who questioned his support of illegal immigration that illegal aliens from Central America and Mexico are today’s cotton pickers.

Have ANY of you ever been polled?

          Asking for a friend.

That 2% lead was from the left sided Texas Tribune paper !

Do the 6 different text messages asking if I was giving Beto my support this up coming fall count?

I don't think Beto has a chance, but he is doing and saying the right things and avoids talking about the things that would turn voters away. He is running a very smart election.

Beto has the win in the bag! So if you were gonna vote for him just stay at home. Your vote is no longer needed.

I hope they keep writing that Beto will win big.

Maybe Dems will not bother to vote as their guy is a shoe in and the REP will all vote for fear that freak show might really win.

It makes me a little embarrassed that someone like that is even running in Texas

                              Me, too.

But, I'll say it sure has fired up Cruz's fundraising group. I'll proudly admit - I donated. I also told them the one thing they really needed from me wasn't my money, it was my vote. And Cruz has my vote.

Not going to lie...was getting a little nervous, but I'm starting to see Cruz support pick up big time. Maybe that was his plan to hold off a bit and then come in swinging.
