    Green sauce

    Today I made some green sauce and it came out so delicious. Its going to taste even better with some chicken tacos.

        Tomatillos? Looks like maybe you added avocados. I had a bumper crop of tomatillos this year and made the best salsa verde ever!!!

              Good green sauce must have roasted hatch green chiles.

                The green sauce at Casa Cha Cha in Richardson looks just like that. If it’s as good as theirs you sir have done one hell of a good job

                    It’s easy to make all you need it a pan and oil.

                    12 jalapeños
                    1 onion
                    2 cloves garlic
                    And add salt to your liking.

                    Heat up some oil in a pan and put the peppers in the oil. Let them cook until they are soft. Pull the peppers out and add the onions and garlic. Cook onions and garlic until the onions have softened up. Once you have cooked them put them in the blender and purée them don’t forget to add the oil. You might have to add some water to make it to your liking.

                      My wife and I have a salsa business. We make several kinds of salsa. We also make bbq sauce.
