headed that way (NW KS) Friday am for a Friday afternoon hunt though Wednesday. Weather looks great! Teens to low 40's. chances of snow, not too windy. We are STOKED!

Settled in!!!!

What a beautiful day to be in a tree in Kansas.
I'm set up in the same ladder stand I was in 2 weeks ago when I had my first encounter with Big Bob. NNE is sound and steady.
Trees are missing a lot of leaves since my last trip. And still shedding.
It's 53 deg and sunny.
Turkeys are making their rounds in the creek bottom to my West.

Clark is in our sweet spot. He is at the back of out property hunting the edge of a cedar thicket with a cut corn field to his South. He already has a dink feeding on acorns.

Big Bob has made multiple appearances at both if these sets. And Trashy 8 has made several visits to Clark's set as well.

Gonna sit back and enjoy the evening hunt. I'll update soon.
