Turned out great. I had one made a few years ago.....it looks great but is sized for Dinosaurs. I'd hate to put that much burn on any critter!

The one I had done is probably 10"x12". The one you did looks about right.

If he's going to use it on cattle then you may have a problem with the corners and tight spots burning across the hide. If he is then you can grind little notches in it at the corners.
