We have one on our back porch and it is pretty, but it does not put out an ounce of heat. You literally have to lean up against it to get anything. I think it was built by the prior homeowner and there is no type of baffle or deflector to keep the heat from rising right out the chimney. I enjoy the look of it, but would much rather sit around my end cap.
