West Texas weather caution this weekend.

According to that map Brady, just south of the geographic center of Texas, is in the Panhandle. I'm not buying that. Panhandle to me is Lubbock north.

I’ll spend all week starting tomorrow hunting Twin Buttes. Cold coming at perfect time. Hope the rain keeps everyone else on the couch. I’ll be out there.

Ol Sergio is rumbling to the west of me this morning. Man can I hear him coming. But so far only a couple small showers here. I give it about another hour then I may be scooting out of this tree stand.

It’s pouring on me out near Throckmorton. Rainsuit saved the day for the walk into the stand. Only thing moving so far is pigs. Saw 15 of them but a little out of bow range

I have neither a rainsuit or rubber boots. I have not seen a decent buck in about a month now so I suspect they are still in bachelor groups. I'll wait until it isn't raining.
