Or is that covered? I dont have a normal frier basket setup. I use a big cast iron pot and tongs when I fry.

Mixing 5 pounds of hamburger meat and 5 pounds of venison will net (30) 1/3 pound patties, correct? I can bring another couple of pounds of beef if we need it. Yes, or not needed?
