              This is the meal I cooked for a birthday party last weekend. The basics. They added pickles and onions.
              Brisket, ribs, sausage, homemade beans, and German onion butter taters.

                          Baked beans and tator salad here. I’ve been making my tator salad from a copy cat recipe I found after eating at Whole Hog BBQ in Little Rock years ago.
                          I double the batch in most cases.
                          Mighty fine vittles I tell ya....especially after a few days in frig.

                              I just boil the potatoes and in a different pot, put some chopped onions and butter. Let the butter and onions cook till the onions are soft. Drain potatoes and pour butter onion mixture on top and mix. Then I’ll add some bacon bits.
