Went to Conroe today and was reminded of my love hate relationship with that lake. But I didn’t get skunked!

I would have but only had a few hours to fish. Thinking about making a weekend trip in the next month.

Took the boy fishing Sunday afternoon, caught her on a black and silver spin bait with a green and silver trailer on the 2nd cast. He started fussin so back home we went. Wasn't pleased by the fish. Surprised there were fish that big in the hoa pond.

Been fishing my whole life but finally got into Yak fishing late summer last year and this year! So much fun

Over 180 bass in two days last week. We caught some big ones too. An 8, two 7’s a 6 and a couple 5’s. Got to test out the new boat.

Caught a few of these in the last week. Trying to take as many as possible out before they spawn.We think we are finally getting the population down to where we want it.
