Woke up and tried to find a specific muscle group to hit (believe today was arms) but everything was sore. Wanted to start a new routine also so figured a day worth of rest wont hurt.
Well this is why this thread is here... Im on a crappy 4 day stretch here. Been eating like garbage since Friday and slept through my work out again this morning...
Going to try and get in the gym this evening. Need to get back on track asap.

Same. Me and my wife had steak and grilled veggies last night, which was nice. Then I finished off the boys pizza and may have grabbed a chocolate donut and 4 16oz Millers....
Thinking about fasting today to kick start my week...
I really pushed myself this morning at the gym and i'm feeling it. I blame the good looking 20 something year old women who don't normally go at 5am that showed up lol
