Low Budget 4x6 Stand

Me and my BIL (who works for a door company) built a new stand for the lease a few weeks ago. He came up with the idea to use insulated garage door panels. It worked very well and should last a long time. We built a bottom frame from 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 galvanized square tubing and then cut the panels to size. We also used a panel for the door. We installed the lower water seal from the garage door around the door on the stand to try and keep it as sealed as possible. BIL used flex seal on the top to help seal the seams. the edges are the angle used on metal buildings. Before they where installed he sprayed foam to seal the edges. I wish I took more pics as we built it but the only wood used on this is the plywood floor. This should last for a long time beings all material is either aluminum or galvanized.

Not as loud as I though it would be. The panels are insulated so that helps. We ran out of time but plan to add carpet to the lower sections to help with sound.
