Upstairs AC went out, was 85 degrees and cooled to 75 in 4 hours. Upstairs is 1400 sq ft or so, has a 3.5 ton. AC units shouldn’t need Freon ever in a perfect world as it’s a closed loop system. You might need a bigger unit when the time comes.

Your system is not only cooling the air inside but also everything else inside. Furniture, rugs, carpet, beds, and flooring. It's also pulling out the humidity that is making it uncomfortable. It should get there before too much longer.

Yes sir, was real busy yesterday. It is cooling great and performing as it should it ended up get down to set temp around 730 or 8 Monday evening and been doing great ever since.👍
