You might consider anchoring the legs down once its set in place.

Having some experience with a similar build that holds deer blocks, you will find that the alfalfa bale will put a lot of stress on the metal when you load it.

It will be very top heavy and if you have exotics it could get pushed over.

It has holes in the legs that will be anchored and it’s built like a tank (overbuilt). It will be just fine.
