Start jacking....don't forget PPE, and a long jack handle.

My guess on three items that are in the safe.

                1) Someones last will and testament.
                2) a gold watch
                3) Passport or Birth certificate.

In for the old .38 revolver, speed loader, and ammo. There may also be a stone tablet with Burnadell's social security number..."3".

Put some tape over the hole you drilled and concrete over the whole thing to drive someone else nuts later.

I worked retail in College and we had a safe like that built above the floor in our office since the cabinet style was broken into once. That was a solid safe and I watched the locksmith install it. I remember the head would drop in and spin around once the bolts were extended. It would just spin freely in the bolt race and the little handle would offer no leverage at all to pry it out.

If it were me, I would rent a jackhammer and remove the entire safe from the floor and get into it from the bottom or side. I remember it just being a metal pipe like canister with the major hardware being the top. After all, if it's encased in concrete, those sides are not near as vulnerable.

I just recently opened 2 safes from a house fire and the contents were minimal, was not very exciting at all. We knew the guy was an gun collector but there was only a burnt up 20 gauge inside and some paperwork.

LOL. I’d rather have those than the bullets.
