Thief caught at Steele Creek.

I had 4 hogs pinned and had been feeding them out until the Friday before New Years. Three months of feeding. I went to check on them about 11:45 that morning and discovered no hogs and blood all over the pin.

Short version, since the blood was really fresh my wife and I got license plate numbers at the boat ramp and turned them over to the Sheriff's Deputy and the Game Warden and in less than an hour later they had the guy with a full confession.

Turns out one was killed and the rest turned loose.

Some very good work by the Sheriff's department and our Game Warden.

Glad they got caught Coop! Hope they pay for it too. I'd like to know more about who it was when we get together again. No telling what all they know about your place now. Maybe time fore some surveillance cams.
Maybe if your lucky the two hogs will come back so you get a shot at them.

I did yesterday. And was paying for it last night, even with getting some help getting my gear out on a game cart. Feel-n better today .

One more weekend for a red-meat hunt.
