    Western boot recommendations

Looking for some new boots, wore Justin Rogers for years. Bought a pair of Justin Elephant ropers at a garage sale because they were to small for owner and a shade small for me but I can get by for short periods. What brand do you all like?

For off the shelf boots anderson bean is the only way to go. Just don’t buy the cheap AB horsepower boots

I think both look great. But my Lucchese boots are far more comfortable.

Olathe, Rios of Mercedes, and Anderson Bean are all related if I’m not mistaken. Either way, they’re just about the best boots on the market without going custom. Texas boot company in Bastrop keeps a good selection. Fenoglio is another maker I’ve heard good things about but haven’t tried. They’re out of Nocona and a bit more reasonable. Good looking boots too.

Rod Patrick. They make their boots in a ton of lengths and widths, so they fit me really well.

I’ve worn Lucchese’s for year and they are great boots. Bought a pair of Anderson Beans and have 3 pair now...most comfortable boots I’ve ever worn.

Mine are opposite for sure. Lucchese finish is better but my beans and definitely more comfortable with comparable leather

I wear Bustamantes made in Amarillo. Like wearing an old pair of house shoes.

Justin. Own Anderson bean, tony lama, and ariat. Justin's are by far the most comfortable for my feet, followed by my 1 pair of TL's, then ariat, and AB. Something about AB they do not fit my feet very well.

Had a pair made not long ago and they are my new favorite pair. Out of the box comfort is awesome.
