    Over easy w/ runny yolk. placed on top of a bed of Ranch Hash (made w/ leftover smoked brisket and sausage) and drizzled with JalapeƱo Hollandaise Sauce. Probably my favorite breakfast.

    I like eggs any way I can get them (except Deviled), but they MUST be cooked in bacon grease, never butter or—God forbid—vegetable oil!

            I can't do eggs unless they're scrambled with cheese. I've had an aversion to every other way to have them since I was a kid. I don't know if it's the texture, the smell or what.

                Every way BUT pickled or barely scrambled where they are real runny. Fried with runny yoke, perfectly OK. Runny scrambled, NO GO.

                  They need to be fully cooked. If it runs all over the plate...ā€¦ā€¦. they ain't cooked.

                              Over sleazy fried in bacon grease, or soft scrambled with diced green chilis, and enough cheese to make them stringy!

                              Hard boiled and swimming in Franks Red Hot will do, as well.
