Brazil's corn crop is suffering from a drought and it is 2-4 weeks behind on its normal growing schedule which could allow for the dry season to further reduce yields. I saw a podcast last night that production could be off some 10-12 million tons from what was forecasted. This alone would further add to supply shortages on a global scale. Expect China to keep buying.

Wow! The price of corn may cause some us that use to hunt to dig deep to remember how it use to be. The younger guys may have to learn how to hunt without a feeder.

We're currently at $8.50/50# here. It keeps going up 25 cents or more each order we place.

Didn't it hit $12 or close to it a few years back during the drought?
