Legs and shoulders supersets today. Got in a little early this morning and got it done.

Today makes 4 days this week. Today was shoulders, traps and abs followed up with some stretching. My lower back and hip area seem to be getting stronger and freer. It just dawned on me this morning that in late 2019 I had two hernia repairs done. Then after 3 months in gym getting back in shape the Covid hit and I was out of the gym. Then back surgery in Sept. So Ive had my core cut on twice in the past 1.5 years with an entire year out of the gym. Now I get why my core is having a tough time coming back.
Tomorrow is back, triceps and calves then one planned day off. Big party Saturday night so that may turn into two off days, lol. Keep up the good work guys.

A good gym day to end the week. I only made 4 days this week because sleeping in that rain yesterday was wonderful. Back in the saddle this morning for some chest and triceps.
Bench press 5x5 and finished it off with a strip set/Weighted dips 5x10/leg raise
Incline bench on smith 5X8/skull crushers/ab roller
Incline cable fly 5X10/overhead rope extension 5X10
Push ups 2X20/Cable kickbacks 2x10
