Broadhead damage thread

Rage 2 blades. I never wanted to shoot expandables but I started shooting these 2 years ago and I gain more confidence every animal I shoot at. This was a hard quartering shot and it burried until the only thing sticking out was my lighted knock.

Rage 100 grain 2 blade entrance hole on this big ole Kudu bull. You can see the big cut on the left shoulder of the bull. Almost a complete pass thru.

100 gr 4 Blade Muzzy 20 yds FMJ 400 @61 lb Strother Vanquish. Maybe 60-65 yards.

going this evening to try out som NAP blood runners have a 2 1/4 inche spread open.....anybody else using them

I shot the Rocky Mountain gators (now made by BPS) and they basically cut just like the 2 blade vortex's. But way they made they do open up if shooting thru windows so I just stick with fixed now. I hit this doe way back with the first shot but she only went about 20 yds and could go no farther and the hole in leg was second shot.

I shot the hog yesterday to try it out. It made about a 4" hole. I also found a heck of a deal in the bargain cave where they had the 6 quick fletches with 3 NAP bloodrunners for $28! I am now the owner of 6 bloodrunners. Although I never stuck it into an animal it flew straight and was quiet in flight!
