There were 4 deer (3 bucks 1 doe) taken at my place this past weekend. 3 with 3 blade rage, 1 with 2 blade rage. Longest tracking job was 75 yards...

Smoke Ramcat 3 blade 100 grain entrance holes on Impala (1st pics) and Waterbuck (2nd pics) No exit as it hit the off side leg/shoulder on the Impala and broke both shoulders on the Waterbuck. Not much of a blood trail on either due to the location of the hit, but both went down in less than 100 yards.

The hit on the big Warthog was directly in the left ham from the rear due to the hog turning to leave at 25 yards, but the 560 grain arrow with the Ramcat up front buried all but 2" of the arrow inside the body of the Warthog. I think that there are 2 things that contributed to this tremendous penetration on a big Warthog, a heavy 560 grain arrow and the super sharp Ramcat. The biggest would be the arrow weight as I do not think that a light arrow like I use to shoot would have penetrated like this and i think any broadhead would have done the same on this heavy arrow. No more light arrows for me.
