Heat up the sauce to a simmer. Throw in the thawed shrimp (pull the tails off first) and let it cook for about 5 minutes at a simmer.

Have your minute rice and bread already done/cooking.

Put that doo on a kracka (or in this case, a piece of garlic bread).

I add a few shakes of this to each of the 3 bowls I eat:

The wife and I eat it almost weekly. Making it for TBH'er Doug and his wife tonight. Love this stuff!

I always use "slap ya mama" whenever I cook some cajun food. I like its spice.

It's like jailhouse creole. I dig it.

Thanks for the recipe Chew. I made it With some cauliflower rice to keep it low carb and it was yummy!

Dinner tonight was your recipe. We all loved it.

I did modify to better rice. Not instant rice. Other than minute rice. We loved it. Thank you!

I called my wife from HEB and said get one our 5 or so rice cookers and make a pot of fresh rice. I got a bag of two pounds of raw shrimp.

I sautéed the shrimp about 4 minutes in half a stick of butter, then simmered the creole maybe 8 minutes to thicken it a tad.

For a store bought quick fix, it is pretty good. Other than cooking the rice, it is about a 15 meal.

Oh yeah, Success rice, especially if you can get the Jasmine, is better than Minute Rice imo if you want quick. My born and raised in Korea wife can barely tell the difference of Thai jasmine rice cooked fresh and Success Jasmine. It tends to have more flavor
                                and body than Minute Rice.
