    Lease trailer roof coating.

What does everyone on the green screen use to help keep things tight around the roof of the lease trailer? Keep in mind this is a cheap trailer, will never see the road again. Prefer a product that's easy to apply with minimal prep. Going up next week and gonna pressure wash it then caulk the seems and will coat/paint the next day.

Yep, that’s what I’ve used also.
Don’t be scared to put it on thick, but make sure you clean the roof good first with Clorox water.

That Flextape stuff worked pretty good on mine. It's about 6" wide and I put it over a couple seams in my roof that wouldn't stay caulked.

          Build a roof over it.

It depends on what type of roof you have! Epdm? If it’s epdm then elasto meric won’t work. Buy some self leveling lap sealant for seams and around vents etc. Good Luck!

              Look in to DICOR products
              Or some rv roofing products

We used the Flexie liquid in the gallon container. Has worked great so far
