            He has the antlers of a 2 yr old, the body of a 4 yr old, 172lbs is heavy for a 3 yr old. Must be a protein hog.

                That’s what I’m assuming, we have some healthy looking deer this year. Probably the most protein we have fed in one year but we do have elk, and they have been eating the protein dry. Not my decision to have elk, but owner gets what he wants.
