Are there multiple fence issues or one spot that is bad? A quick fence repair could save you lots of headache.

As mentioned many counties in Texas are fence out counties so if you don’t repair fences there isn’t anything the sheriff can do.

I dont blame the cows at all. Our grass is long, ungrazed and protein feeders are full(well were full)

I’d make the call now then

Shoot one. I bet it stops real quick.

Also, don't take my advice, because it's terrible.

Yep Texas Supreme Court over turned that common law of fence out

I would run them out and fix the fence and document the occurrence for the other owner and sheriffs department

Maybe one.....I dont have the freezer space for the other 5.

You want one? I'll sell you a "wild" cow hunt for cheap!

Sheriff’s office here will load them up and take them to the auction barn and send the owners a check . That’s if it a know and documented problem.

Had the same issue, only with neighbors pigs. Last straw when the wife was leaving the house at night and this was standing on the back patio.

They are killing protein right now.
We have this same issue up in Oklahoma, we don't have protein out and the cows don't stay by the corn feeders for very long but their crap by the cabin/fire pit area gets annoying. We are trying to be nice to the neighbor since he lives up there and we are the "out of towners". Tricky situation

I’d give them one day to remove them if they come back I’m not going to bother helping I’m just going to load up and haul off
