I hate what’s happening in this country but I doubt that many are coming armed. If they did and were caught it would be criminal trespass with a fire arm. A guaranteed felony. Not to mention once you enter private property in Texas armed it grants the land owner rights to use lethal force. If I was a illegal I wouldn’t put myself in that position. I was about to reply with exactly that. The "good ones" who don't have anything to hide just walk across and turn themselves in, get a plane ticket and some cash and go wherever they want. The ones hiding and trying not to get caught are the "bad ones" and are far more likely to need to be armed, not only for reasons we think but also to protect themselves from eachother and those they hang out and do business with.
