Ok guys I’ve got an update:

My bow is now shooting just about perfect at 50 yards with broadheads and field points... turns out all this time my rest was the issue. It must have not been falling fast enough and making contact with the fletching. It finally locked up the other day and after a new QAD rest we are back in business.

Yeah they helped as much as possible luckily the problem has been fixed
