    Sure it will. Look at the dark tissue, along the roof of the mouth. That follows the premaxilla (small nose bones that stick straight out) that are usually flat. The nasals will be bent over, as well (the top, pointed bones).

    It won't be as drastic looking as the live deer, but you'll know something goofy is going on if you've seen any "normal" deer skull.
