Been there, done that. Sucks for sure. It’s been several years, but I think I unbolted the blades and went to clipping. After several choice words and a couple of beers, if course.

Pull the blade off would be the easiest route.

Torch makes quick work of it if available. Got a T post completely wedged under my shredder last week, broke stuff, not happy. Nothing that a welder and a few sledge hammers didn't fix but not fun, but i think wire is the worst.

Id torch or cutoff wheel on a grinder before id pull the blade. Good luck
