My understanding it there was 7 years of emails that this type of behavior was being tolerated by someone, so what about the people who was witness to this the whole time.......did no one attempt to correct him? Okay, serious question. From the New York Post:

"Gruden’s homophobic language included calling NFL commissioner Roger Goodell a “fa—t” who should not have pressured then-Rams coach Jeff Fisher into drafting “queers,” according to the report. The Rams made openly gay Michael Sam a seventh-round draft pick in 2014."

So, did Goodell pressure the Rams to draft Michael Sam? Because if the commissioner is forcing teams to draft people based on demographics, who else has Goodell pressured to be drafted? Are teams forced to skip good players so that other teams can have them? Did Goodell set it up so Brady would get a Superbowl with TB last year?
