Eating blackbuck?

My wife killed one 2 years ago, it was my first experience eating it. It was great, maybe just a tad gamier than whitetail. Super lean meat, made carne guisada, bacon wrapped on the grill and fried. Best to cook medium.

I could see where maybe the location of where one is killed could sway the taste due to changes in diet. That is with any wild game taken.
