Another slow evening so far. I saw one young buck on the tank dam at about 50 yards, but he didn’t come in. It was about this time yesterday that the deer first appeared on camera, though.

I sipped in early this morning but spooked something off the corn we put out last night. I’m pretty sure it was javis.

We moved the blind to the opposite side of the pipeline, just below the dam where the buck above was standing. I’m worried that too much activity in the aade a might bugger them up but so would the wrong wind and there’s no more “waiting it out.”

I’m planning an extended sit this morning...unless it happens early!
