    Prostate Cancer surgery recovery.

A week ago today I had a Robotic assisted Radical Prostatectomy . I had a rough 1st few days but slowly got going. Ive been hooked to a Catheter towing my Pee bag wherever I go ! My wife being a nurse has been an Angel in my recovery. Tomorrow I get the Catheter removed and start learning how to Pee again. I want to thank all the support I've gotten from the family on the green screen when I was 1st diagnosed. Once again want to remind everyone to get your yearly Check ups. This stuff was caught early thru a simple blood test LP

I had stage 4 prostate cancer and had my prostate removed in September 2016 and had to wear the catheter 2 weeks. Of course the VA did mine.
I went for checkups every 3 months for the first year and then every 6 months after that for 5 years.
Make sure you do your exercises and hang in there. It will get better.
