            Awsome. Got a pot simmering on the stove now. It's Shoveler, so not sure what to think about it. I guess we'll see.

              If you soaked em in salt water they will be great no mater what the puddler used. Shovelers are what I use 99% of the time and I can never make enough

                Yes soaked them in salt water for three days. Changed the water out once. It was pretty good. Might have over powered it with the sausage cause even the duck tasted like sausage. But all in all it was pretty dern good. I'll definitely cook it again.
