Our lumber went up some last summer but other than that everything was good and with the low interest rates I think we did good.

Nice and good decision to doze the original. I’m a builder and we’ve dozed a lot of cool old houses. The few we’ve saved have turned out well, but there’s nothing like new. Beautiful home you have there!
