Before mine left for school we had an app on his phone. I could turn it into a coaster with 2 clicks. He always called when that happened.

Without knowing that scenario, this problem is not solvable. If your son did not pick up that clue, he may be missing the info he needs to solve the problem.

Not picking on you or your son, but I taught college level Mathematics, for four years. The biggest problem most of my students had was a "reading comprehension problem", not a "Math Skills problem."
