    Protein Price List

    With skyrocketing prices, let's get a thread going to help everyone out. Here are the stores I called this morning and their prices

    Red Chain- Gorman Tx
    17%- $13.45
    20%- $13.75
    17% Buck creek- $12.05

    J&L- Cisco TX
    20% Buck Buster- $14.50
    Double Down- $16.00

    Southland Ag- Tyler Tx
    16% $16.99

    Midway Feed- Frankston TX
    Double Down- $17.99
    20% West Feed- $13.99

    Lawrence Farm & Ranch- Cross Plains Tx
    ADM 17%- $17.75

    Teskey's- Weatherford TX
    16% Antlers Plus- $12.75

      I thought all Antlers plus was 20%. If that price is for 20% that is the best price I have seen. However, the cost of gas to go get it would far outweigh the savings for me.

        Did you get a price on the Buck Creek 17% from Red Chain also?

          They make a 16-18% as well. I forget exactly which it is.

              I had switched away from it because the vitamin/mineral package was fairly basic but looks like i will be headed back to feed it just so they have something to eat.

                      Id be more willing to reduce feeding if the range conditions were better. This drought/inflation scenario is no bueno.

                        $11.95 per 50# bag
                        Buy a ton, (40 bags), $0.15 off per bag so $11.80
                        $0.20 off per bag at the next tonnage.

                          In Gonzales, Fehner’s 20% deer pellets was $11.95 last week when I bought.

                              I bought calf starter in Milsap at $18 for 50 pounds and that was cheaper than the “DEER” protein
