Apple cider vinegar. Take a small piece of cotton and soak in ACV. Place it on the affected area with a piece of duct tape or bandaid over it. Sleep with it like that for about 3 days. You only need to apply it at night after shower. This is for warts.

OP, that looks similar to MRSA on your finger. Prayers for you bro.
