It’s still dove season!

Saturday afternoon I was trying to summon the motivation to get in a ground blind in 95 degrees temps when we got the call that the doves had returned to a field we hunt 45 minutes away. It was challenging with a stiff south breeze but we both got limits in about 2 hours. There must have been several hatches this year- many were small - like opening day small
