    I used it on some pan seared Axis tenderloin a couple weeks ago. It. was. fantastic.

          I’ve used their carne guisada and it’s excellent. Never tried UC. I use Ragin Blaze on my steaks.

                          I use it on fajitas, chicken, and poppers. I’m an uncle Chris fan but typically only season steaks with coarse ground s/p

                              Just recently heard of and started using uncle chris. It’s awesome.

                              Garlic pepper is my go to for any kind of chicken. I think it’s great also.
