I think about him often Steve...matter of fact for every time I think about you I recall this story about 1:10. I lost a very close friend, as much as a brother as I ever had to cancer in 99.....it took 6 months from the time he was diagnosed with it. Some of the first pictures you posted on this thread of EJ where accompanying the story when you announced about his then recent diagnosis....at that time it had only been two years since I lost my friend, and the wound was still fresh......so that is the reason for my questions over the past few years with regards to his status.
EJ sounds like a piece of history and hopefully more of the future as well. His story is an inspiration and from an old cowboy to a "steel horse" cowboy.... He is an All-Around Tuff Hand, Cowboy Up!
Prayers for you and yours and for EJ to beat the odds once again but if you become too tired to fight....lay it down and rest Amigo. One of the hardest thing I ever had too do was tell James....it's OK brother....rest.Last edited by spur; 10-18-2006, 05:56 PM.
