Been thinkin about stuff lately. I don't want my funeral to be some durn tear jerkin cryin event. It will be a keg party somewhere where my friends and family can rejoice and remember me for the good times. Here are the 2 songs I want played when the time comes.

I've heard "Knockin' on Heaven's Door" at two police officers' funerals (line of duty deaths). Perfect lyrics for an officer. Since I've toted a gun at work since I was 17 years old (Marines/LEO), I wouldn't mind if it was played at my funeral:

I like both of those. I have some written down that I have heard over the years that will work. Heard this one last month and added it to the mix, instrumental but it sounds good.
