Each recipe from that book that I have made has been rated excellent by my wife. Just make sure you have plenty of time set aside to make the food.Comment

Stuffed meatloaf is pretty good. Most of his recipes seem good but I usually leave out/add some ingredients to suit my particular taste.Comment

I have all of his cookbooks and really like them. I often tweek some recipes, but it’s really helped me get outside the box with wild game.
My absolute favorite is the Carpaccio w/ the Gremolata. It’s fantastic.Attached FilesComment
