          I'm fairly certain a big horn or any other dream sheep is not what is being referred too in this story

                Legally speaking untagged exotics are fair game and can be shot day or night. Morally however since the neighbor seemed to have asked you nicely I wouldn’t shoot them. Had they turned up on your place without you having spoken to the neighbor prior to that I would say go for it.

                  Its my understand that exotics with tag is considered live stock. Ethics is what you do when no one is watching.
