I haven't killed a deer with gun since 1998. Bow only for me but I'm totally fine with the next guy using a cross bow, muzzle loader, shotgun or rifle. To me it's all about the hunt and you should enjoy the hunt with the weapon of your choice.

Until I got my AR10 308, I was bow all year long. That rifle is just too much fun to be left in safe

I will bow hunt pretty much all year...unless I am low on meat in the antlerless season, then I will bring out the gun for a meathunt.

Just my preference, nothing more, nothing less.

I bowhunt for wtd, but toss in a rifle hunt now and then for pigs--

Since I hunt my buddy's place.. bow only. Always take a rifle to hunt pigs at night.. but he bow hunts all year so its easy for me to do the same.

Passed on a rifle only place this year.
