It's going to cool off a tad. I'll be at the ranch near Hawley. Meeting the well guy in the morning and then I'll hunt through Sunday. Nothing on the hit list there really but maybe a pig or turkey will go and do something stupid.

Sweating again waiting for the front to push through midday. Had a big call buck pass through last weekend without giving me a shot. He hasn’t showed this morning. Assuming the wind shifts at 11am as forecast, I’ll move to a stand with a trophy that I want to get a look at. Looking forward to some cooler temps so that it at least feels like deer season.
