I have two wall pedestals and I'm fixing to pick up two more. Just a screw in a stud or a heavy duty wall anchor works great for me.

That's what I used my wife hates them. She usually waits till Chritmas to decorate them. They got greened up last weekend

This is my wall pedestal mount that hangs fine with a normal screw and anchor. I think if the insert on the mount is too low it will try to rotate on you
